GREAT WORKOUTS WILL NEVER CATCH A BAD DIET

After going to the gym for many years I notice the same results from the same people, because they never change their diet. You can do tons of cardio and have a great resting heart rate, but when you burn all those calories your body says, “feed me”.  If you aren’t prepping your meals, you will grab the closest thing to eat.

We see it all the time in the gym, people dripping wet with sweat and they look exactly what they looked like 2 years beforehand.  Actually, they have probably even gained weight from their increased caloric intake.  This is a easy fix too.  Adjust your diet after your cardio and try to keep your protein higher and carbohydrates lower.  Hydrate with water the entire day to suppress your appetite.  In a normal cardio session you burn anywhere from 150 calories to 700 calories.  But, you will also be doubling your caloric intake after an intense cardio session, too.  Without making any adjustments to your diet, you will just be on a Treadmill to nowhere.

Dumbbell Club believes if you are really trying hard to cut body fat and lose weight, calm down on the cardio and work harder on the diet.  Otherwise, your great workouts will never catch up with your bad diet.
