Dehydration Affects Your Gym Performance

If your workouts are dragging, it’s probably because your dehydrated. Everyone’s different when it comes to the amount of water they should intake and it will vary with heat and exercise.

The general guideline is to drink eight 8oz glasses of water a day and if you’re a Bodybuilder drink ten glasses.

Drink a glass of water immediately when you wake up in the morning because you haven’t had fluids for approximately eight hours.

Also, drink throughout your workout every 10-15 minutes. Then rehydrate after your workout to replace water loss.

 

To suppress your appetite the best fat loss trick is to drink water before and throughout your meals.

A simple thing like hydrating can excel your workouts and increase your performance in the gym.
