Crossfit Competitors Earn My Respect One Event at a Time

After following these Crossfit athletes on social media and watching it on TV the last 5 years during @Reebok @CrossfitGames, Dumbbell Club is still so impressed.

These athletes are fine-tuned machines. The exercises they do to get ready to compete aren’t your typical lifts or exercises. They just started using dumbbells in their event protocol and that has competitors guessing which dumbbell exercises to do to get ready to compete. @Crossfit recommends doing these 6 to be safe:

  1. Dumbbell Overhead Lunge
  2. Dumbbell Hang Power Clean
  3. Dumbbell Hang Clean
  4. Dumbbell Hang Power Snatch
  5. Dumbbell Power Snatch
  6. Dumbbell Snatch

Every event seems to be timed so their endurance and cardiovascular system have to be in top notch shape.

On some exercises, they’re lifting heavy weights and doing so many reps that it’s hard not to give every competitor major respect for the time and effort it takes to get into that condition to compete.

Whether you’re a bodybuilder, powerlifter or a competitive athlete, you can not deny giving Crossfit competitors the upmost respect.
