I will say this the rest of my life, “your body is your best asset”. People can go by designer brands, fancy cars, incredible homes but many are over weight and out of shape. Put a person in great shape next to that person out of shape and I guarantee, people wouldn’t give that Rolex a second look. Buying “accessories” to make you feel good is so temporary. You can’t purchase a good body. It takes years of dedication and hard work. Not too many people will continue a fitness lifestyle after becoming successful. They travel, over indulge and become lazy. Fitness becomes an after thought until it confronts them, with a illness or injury.
Bucking that trend is Dwayne Johnson @therock, one person that puts his fitness first and everything else, second. He knows without that he’s just another actor. He trains like he’s still broke and doesn’t forget where he came from before getting his break. He stays hungry and treats his body as his best asset.
